This amazingly bright apartment, set in our historic Biedermeyer Haus, is a rare gem. The beautifully restored original wooden floor and windows in all directons offer a very relaxing atmosphere to retreat from exploring beautiful vienna. Two flights of stairs with 16 steps each lead you to this first second apartment that offers a great layout incuding three bedrooms, two King size beds and one comfortable double pull-out couch with slatted frame if needed. There is one bathroom, a separate WC, a spacious living room, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. We can provide you with a Baby bed and Baby seat if needed.

Bellissimo ed ampio appartamento in una zona tranquilla della città ma comunque non periferica, facile da raggiungere grazie alla fermata metro che si trova a poca distanza su un viale dello shopping viennese. In zona si trovano anche vari ristoranti e supermercati. Florian è stato da subito molto disponibile e molto chiaro con le indicazioni per il check in che è stato quindi facile ed intuitivo. Come detto l’appartamento è ampio e confortevole, oltre che abbastanza fornito di quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno. Ha dato un “non so che” al soggiorno a Vienna! Cosa che un’anonima stanza d’hotel non avrebbe saputo dare

Everything went so smoothly. We could leave our bags early. Florian helped us immediately with anything we needed. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Food shops, trams and underground rail just a short walk away. Perfect.

We had a great stay with our family. Apartment is very cosy, newly renovated, clean, has everything you need. The location is just perfect, so many things to do, restaurants, metro and large playground around the corner, and no traffic noise. Florian was also super responsive.
