I was lucky enough to be the first guest here! Brand new refurbished secluded courtyard property in the hipster creative district of Neubau, bustling with coffee shops and eateries. Clean but homely and artistic. Remarkable attention to detail with brand new appliances in the kitchenette including a cafetière AND a percolator! Very comfy bed, walk-in shower, cute little desk for working, wifi, huge TV. This is a real gem of a place and Florian was responsive and attentive but also respectful towards privacy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will definitely be back!

Everything went so smoothly. We could leave our bags early. Florian helped us immediately with anything we needed. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Food shops, trams and underground rail just a short walk away. Perfect.

We had a great stay with our family. Apartment is very cosy, newly renovated, clean, has everything you need. The location is just perfect, so many things to do, restaurants, metro and large playground around the corner, and no traffic noise. Florian was also super responsive.
